Conference Rooms

The Crossing is a unique venue with first class facilities and rooms that can host meetings for up to 200. Located right in the heart of Walsall town centre and close to bus and rail stations. Our premises were designed to be fully accessible to people with disabilities and there is lift access to all floors. In our largest room we have a sound desk and a loop system for people with hearing difficulties.

We can also provide a wide of equipment for hire for your meeting, including multi media data projectors, laptops, OHP, screens and flip charts.

Our excellent in house catering service offers a wide variety of delicious fresh food prepared on the premises; from cooked breakfast, hot and cold buffet lunches to afternoon tea.

UPPER ROOM

Upper Conference Room

The Upper Room measures 18m x 8.5m. It is ideal for large gatherings such as conferences, concerts, drama and music festivals.

Sound system/hearing loop available in this room.

NORTH ROOM

North Conference Room

The North Room measures 11m x 6.5m maximum and is an 'L' shaped room. It is ideal for training, presentations, meeting etc.

Hearing loop available in this room.

EAST ROOM

The East Room

The East Room measures 9.3m x 7.3m. It is ideal for meetings, displays and exhibitions etc.

SOUTH AISLE

The South Aisle

The South Aisle measures 8.5m x 5.5m. It is ideal for smaller meetings, training etc.

PEARSON ROOM

The Pearson Conference Room

The Pearson Room measures 9.5m x 4.5m. There is an ethernet connection included in the hire price. You can also hire a broadband connection for an additional £50 +VAT. This room is idea for small meetings and training useage.
